"It's not often you can praise an insurance office, but they're great - so there you go. The rates I was quoted a few years ago were very competitive and while I usually shop around every few years ago, I'm not ready to do that yet. That's because their office is superb. Shelby answers all my questions within a few hours; often within a few minutes. I did file a claim last year and while it took a bit to resolve, I was more than happy with the final result.
